15 months and counting...

Katherine is 15 months old. Can you believe it?! Yesterday we saw the Doctor who told us she is doing well and staying big! She is 34 1/4 inches tall - above the 97th percentile (off the charts basically) and 27 1/2 pounds which is the 90th percentile. She received 2 more shots to keep her healthy. She continues to make us laugh and amaze us. On Sunday she attempted to climb all the way into her highchair. What a monkey! She is walking up steps alternating feet - which really amazes us because Emma only in the last 6-12 months started to do this correctly.
She definitely has a personality growing within - a bit stubborn and independent, like big sister, a bit of a bully if she wants to be, but at the same time she is so sweet and follows directions well, for the most part - except when you ask her to lie down for a diaper change. Loves big sisters things more than her own - what a surprise! Enjoys books just as much as Emma and has started to pick out which one she would like each night at bedtime. Currently "Brown Bear, Brown Bear What do you see?" is her favorite. She can roar like a lion, moo like a cow, and woof like a dog. She loves animals! Check out the 15 month photos we had taken today. The photographer commented - she likes to go! But we were just glad there were no tears. She does not sit for long but there are some cute ones. https://www.thesmilestation.com/home.asp?AC=LTTT0794111191TAR You can go to the link to see a couple more silly ones but I put most of them right below. Our favorites are the last 4.

My favorite!
