Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you'll look back and realize they were the big things.

Faces of Cora at 3 months

While we were in Atlanta Cora turned 3 months. These are a few of the pics I took of her alone. Trying to capture a growing personality.
This is how Cora enjoyed our lunch at the American Girl Bistro.

I tried multiple times to capture a 3 month pose.

Love that little grin!

Atlanta, GA

Still playing catch up...some day I may catch up but until then...
Back at the end of July/beginning of August we accompanied Ethan to Atlanta on a work trip. The girls and I enjoyed our time either at the hotel, checking out the American Girl store, Lego Land, and we all went to the Georgia Aquarium together as well as Centennial Olympic Park with my Uncle Bill. We had a fun trip. We even threw in a road trip the weekend we were there to see our friends who had moved to South Carolina in January. We spent Friday and Saturday with them - checking out the Riverbanks zoo in Columbia, SC and swimming in a pool. It was a great trip. These are just a few of the photos from our trip.
Lego Land

This is what happens when you have too much fun in Atlanta.

Looking at the fish swimming above us at the Georgia Aquarium - so cool!

She wished and wished for this wheelchair
Emma turned 8 this July. Wow! She's still a little girl but sometimes so close to not being "a little girl" anymore. We actually celebrated her birthday in Atlanta, GA! Daddy had another work trip to go on but this time we all went along. For her birthday the girls swam in the hotel pool for 2 hours and we had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. The day after her birthday we went to the American Girl store in Atlanta, shopped, and had lunch at the American Girl Bistro with their dolls.

A montage of events

Some photos from May and June of different events in our busy family life. If nothing else it makes me feel better to know I posted them to the blog because who knows how many years before they are printed and put in the scrapbooks. You will see some from Bay Beach, our little soccer player and t-ball player, Emma at her piano recital, Katherine running the Bellin Kid's Run, saying goodbye to Daddy when he left for over a week on a work trip, and a storytime visit with Pete the Cat.
So sad.

Time to say goodbye.

Score!

She's loves to ham it up!

That helmet is so big on her!
